Formations Dance Center, FDC, was founded in 2015 by previous owner, Leslie Murphy, who truly passed on her love and passion for dance to all of her students.

As of 2022, FDC is under the Artistic Direction and Ownership of Ashley Claybrook. Ashley also owns DPU Dance located in Arnold, MO. We are proud to have FDC under the umbrella of DPU Dance LLC. 

​

Ashley has continued to push the strong legacy the studio has strived for in the dance community. FDC is truly your home away from home.  We pride ourselves on celebrating individuals and using movement to enrich the lives of students through the power of dance.

Formations Dance Center has many programs to suite your dancer's needs that include but are to limited to; recreational dance, competitive dance, apprentice programs, teaching opportunities, student assistant programs, etc. 

​

We offer an annual Recital Showcase, Company Showcase as well as participation in conventions, competitions and in studio master classes throughout the year.

FDC is well known for crafting classes that are based upon building self-esteem, confidence, coordination and promoting positive physical well-being. Our dancer's safety is our number one priority.
